Couple More Tough Losses for the Dragons

The Dragons lost a couple of tough games to league foe Kearsley Tuesday night in Swartz Creek.  Madisen Henry pitched a couple of great games again, but the offense could not match her performance.  The defense played fairly well in the first game, although a few errors with 2 outs led to most of the runs for Kearsley.  In the second game the defense played better, but again an error led to the only run of the game for the Hornets.  Also, the Dragons had to overcome the loss of their catcher, Kylee Pierce - leading hitter on the team, who is out this week after suffering a concussion against Brandon.  The Dragons may get another chance at Kearsley as both teams are in the same District again.
